While reviewing video footage for another investigation, a caregiver used bad judgement when attempting to move the diaper changing mat while an infant is on it. The caregiver is observed sitting on the floor with the diaper changing mat in front of them, picking the diaper changing mat up while an infant is on it and dropping it. The diaper changing mat was padded and landed up correctly however, the caregiver exhibited bad judgement when attempting to move it this way.
