Upon arroval, a child was observed inside while the rest of the group was outside, according to the staff present, The child was not behaving on the playground. The staff stated the child had been inside for approximately 5 minutes. The caregiver stated the child was done for the day and would not be returning outside and should not have been playing with the toys CCR observed him playing and throwing.The caregiver outside with the group stated the child had been insdie for 10 minutes following an escape from the playground and being chased in an open field area.
