During the inspection of the infant classroom I observed cords from a surge protector hanging near a changing table. This was corrected when the caregiver taped the hanging cords to the wall. I observed a plastic bag tied around the handles of a cabinet to lock the door. This was corrected when the caregiver removed the bag. No hazards were found in the cabinet.
