Based on the information obtained during the investigation conducted by DFPS the infant caregiver admitted to allowing an infant to sleep in a bouncer and denied placing the infant in the crib.

Based on the information obtained the caregiver was supervising two four-month-olds, one three-month-old and one fourteen-month-old.
