This standard was evaluated in regard to a report received and compliance was not met. The center is operating over the maximum group size. On 5/9/23, 5/10/23, 5/11/23, 5/12/23 and 5/15/23 there were 14 children present, ages 5-19 months old, with two caregivers. The specified age group was 12-17 months old. The maximum group size is 13. On 5/17/23 and 5/19/23 there were 12 children present, ages, 5-18 months old, with two caregivers. The specified age group was 0-11 months old. The maximum group size is 10. On 5/19/23 there were 11 children present, ages 5-18 months old, with two caregivers. The specified age group was 0-11 months. The maximum group size is 10.
