There was a nail sticking out of the fence which was a hazard. It was at eye level for a child, who if pushed would have injured the eye or could have ppunctured the back of a child's head. (NOTE: Removed while inspector was present.) Thee were several Lil Tykes play toys that were showing sign of wear by the sun and would potentially leading to more cracks or breaks.
