While reviewing video footage for an investigation, it was found that one caregiver was briefly over ratio by two children. This was corrected a few minutes later when another caregiver entered the room.

During an investigation it was found that infant feeding instructions could not be located for the previous month. I spoke with the director about keeping the previous infant feeding instructions.
