A video recording captured the caregiver aggressively grabbing and pulling a child by their arms multiple times, an action that resulted in bruising on the child?s right upper arm and left lower arm. The video recording also captured the caregiver grabbing the child's leg, which caused the child to fall backward. (Note: The caregiver is no longer employed).
