This poses a tripping hazard for children and staff. --------------------------------------------------------------- An outdoor exit fence door will need to have a latch installed. The door is not able to be closed and a child in care can exit through this door. -------------------------------------------------------------- The carpet placed over the ramp leading to the outdoor play area will need to be anchored down. This carpet has torn and is rolling up causing a tripping hazard.
