The menu stated that they were going to have cranberry juice, but the children were served apple juice and the substitution was not done on the menu. The Director corrected this at the time of inspection by recording the substitution.

There were two classrooms that had adult scissors and a stapler that were accessible to children. The Director corrected this at the time of the inspection by moving the scissors and stapler to an area that were not accessible to children.
