A playhouse was observed in the grass area used by children. The playhouse was broken and not standing up straight. This was corrected during the inspection when the playhouse was removed. Laundry detergent was observed sitting on the floor in the laundry room that is used as a walk way for children. This was corrected during the inspection when the detergent was mvoed high and out of reach. The living room area used for infants for nap time, did not have the electrical outlets covered. This was corrected during the inspection when the outlets were covered.
