Inspector observed someone speaking to a parent at the door upon arrival to the facility. A caregiver opened the door for Inspector and left classroom unattended. Inspector observed two more staff leave their rooms during the visit. One of the two staff was supervising the infant room and left the room unsupervised twice during the inspection.
