During the inspection, a child was observed drinking a bottle of milk while the entire classroom was in the restroom on a restroom break/diaper changes were being conducted in the restroom. The child was observed drinking the bottle leaning on a sink while standing on a small step stool and then was moved to the diaper changing table where a caregiver changed the child's diaper as the child continued to drink from the bottle. The restroom was not a sanitary place for the child to be drinking the bottle.
