The operation did not report a child with an injury that required medical attention within the 48 hour timeframe. I spoke with the director about proper ways of making reports. The child was injured on 11/5/24 and the report was not made until 11/12/2024. An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC ?42.078.

I spoke to the operartion regarding having a background checks put in for anyone who will be volunteering all day in a teacher role. The volunteer was asked to leave during the inspection. Observed a water hose with a sprinkler attached to the end spread out on the playground which is a tripping hazard. This was corrected when a caregiver removed the waterhose from the playground.
