Child care regulation entered the infant classroom and there were 6 infants in the classroom with no caregiver present in the classroom to supervise. The caregiver was not within physical proximity and lacked auditory awareness.

746.1605(1) · Child/Caregiver Ratio - 18 Months Difference in Age

A 4 month old infant was grouped with a pre k age classroom and there was more than an 18 month age group between the infant and the oldest child in the classroom whom was four years of age. Additionally, the infant classroom was over ratio with 6 infants less than 12 months of age with 1 caregiver. The toddler classroom was also over ratio with 11 children with a specified age group of 18-23 month olds to one caregiver.

While reviewing directors qualifications on the boad it was seen the Children's Product Certification had not been signed since January 2, 2022. This was corrected at the inspection when a new certification form was signed.
