During the follow-up inspection it was observed that an infant in the 11-17 month old classroom crawled into another classroom and their caregiver was not aware that they had left. Child care regulation inspector observed this and brought it to the attention of the caregiver. The infant was brought back into their classroom after a few seconds.

During the inspection it was observed that two of the hand washing sinks were not equipped with soap, two of the hand washing sinks were not equipped with paper towels and two of the toilets were not equipped with toilet paper.

During the follow-up inspection it was observed that the operation had dried urine on the bottom of some of the toilets, the seats of some of the toilets, dirt and other residue on their bathroom's floors, dust and build up on the vents throughout the operation, and garbage all over the playground, in addition to an overflowing garbage can on the playground.

During the follow-up inspection it was observed that there was 1 caregiver with six, 4 year old and ten, 3 year olds. This caregiver was over ratio by 1 child as the ratio for a class with a specified age of 3 years old is 1/15.
