    During the inspection a 3 year old child in care was observed running through the hallway and going into the office without the caregiver nearby. The caregiver was in the kitchen when the child in care ran down the hallway and into the office area. This was immediately corrected during the inspection when the child in care was taken back to the caregiver in charge.
