During a walkthrough there were cans of lysol and bleach water within reach of children. This was corrected at the inspection when the chemicals were put out of reach of children. During the walk through rooms used by children had dust buildup around the lights and on the ceiling.

Observed a wooden board missing on a platform that can cause a child's leg to be injured if they fall through. Observed two nails sticking out of the wooden structure on the playground. Observed a large nail that tacks down the perimiter of the playground that had came up, causeing a tripping hazard.

Observed a caregiver without a background check clearance to be at the operation. This was corrected when the person left the operation. An administrative penalty in the amount of 100% of the daily maximum, per HRC 42.078(a-2) will be recommended as a result of this citation.
