A fire inspection has not been completed by the City of Allen in the past 12 months. The last fire inspection completed was dated September 20, 2024. The operation did not obtain a fire inspection from the local fire department, nor were they able to provide written documentation showing that an attempt at obtaining a fire inspection from the local fire department was made by the original compliance due date of November 10, 2025.
