In the 3 year old classroom, urine was observed on the floor in the restroom. Furthermore in the 2 year old classroom a trash can with diapers was observed without a lid, making dirty diapers accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when the urine was cleaned off the floor and the floor was sanitized as well as replacing the uncovered trash can with a trash can that has a lid.

During the unannounced inspection the infant sheets were dirty with drool stains and hair. The 2 year old classroom potty chairs also had urine in them. The playground had one tripping hazard observed where the children in care play. The sheets were changed and the urine in the potty chairs was emptied and the potty chair was sanitized, placing the operation back into compliance.
