Observation: While investigating Complaint #272105, it was learned that the educators in the infant classrooms had not been trained on the use of the bottle warmer. 1240-04-.06 STAFF Corrective Action: The agency removed the bottle warmers and will receive training from CCR&R on how to safely warm bottles.

Observation: During an unannounced visit on 3/10/21, Child Care Program Evaluator (CCPE) Catherine Gipson learned that on 3/5/21, an educator left an infant napping in a swing for twenty (20) minutes, even though the educator was aware that per the licensure rules, when the infant fell asleep in the swing, the infant should have been immediately placed on her back in a crib. 1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION Corrective Action: The staff is no longer employed at the agency.
