Observation: The toddler 1 class was out of ratio with 2 caregivers and 13 children. The ratio should have been 2:12. Supervision 1240-4-3.06 Corrective Action: One of the older children in the group was moved to the toddler 2 class to maintain the ratio. The ratio chart will be reviewed to ensure that all classrooms are in compliance at all times.
