Summary of Serious Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and investigation of Serious Injury/Incident Technical Assistance Provided: 1. LC and Director discussed submission of a CCR&R referral and what all areas of training Licensing would be requesting for the agency. 2. LC, Director and Owner discussed using the website Childcare Tennessee to get an updated Accident/Incident Report for the agency to use and when to report an incident. No violations were given at this time.
