See Below for Detailed Information Observation: A caregiver at the agency stated she heard a child say that a caregiver was hurting her and told the caregiver that her arm hurts. The caregiver looked at the child’s arm and saw that it was “a little red”. The caregiver did not report this incident to DCS as required. 1240-04-03-.10 Health and Safety Corrective Action: This violation will be followed up and training will be given to staff by me on reporting in the near future.
