Observation: During a visit on 12/3/19 Program Evaluator Jones observed that there were six (6) months where a fire drill was not completed and documented at this agency this year including November. Violation: 1240-04-01-.16 Physical Facilities Corrective Action: The agency will post the fire drill log in a conspicuous location to keep track of fire drills and ensure they are completed monthly.

Observation: During an unannounced visit on June 3, 2019 Child Care Program Evaluator (CCPE) Jones observed an educator did not have the Before You Begin Training completed prior to working with children. 1240-04-01-.06 STAFF. Corrective action: The agency removed the educator from the premises until the training was completed. The agency will ensure that all information is printed and trainings are complete and in the file prior to allowing an educator into the classroom.
