Summary of QRIS Monitoring and Complaint Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and scoring of the QRIS. And also to investigated Complaint # PCS1009167. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. LC's observed specifc food allergies listed in the cafe area but no action plan in case of an allergic reaction for each individual child was found. TA provided. Licensing observed "Keep Out Of Reach Of Children" products accessible to children under one of the sinks in a classroom. Safety concerns were also noted concerning exit doors and outisde gate being easily opened from inside the building. TA was provided on all. Owner stated they do not currently have a parent advisory board. TA was given.
