Two children had food in their hands and were supposed to be putting it away. During this time, another child went into the bathroom. The educator went into the bathroom to help the child. During this time the two children still had their food and lunch boxes out with no supervision.

Observation: On 5/7/18, agency owner , Sue Spissu, self - reported that agency staff had accidentally given a food to a 3 year old child that was a known allergen for the child. FOOD 1240-04-03-.11 Corrective Action: Agency has entered allergy information into I-Pads in a different way so that allergies can be more easily viewed by staff, agency has made laminated classroom allergy lists to go in all classroom food service caddies that staff take to the table with them, and agency has retrained all staff in regard to allergies and food service procedures.
