Summary of QRIS Monitoring and Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations, scoring of the QRIS, and investigation of complaint. Observation-A minor violation was cited today in that children’s sign-in sheets were not completed as required. There were days in which the parents did not sign the children into the child care or out as required and relied on staff to do so for them. There were also other times when parents only signed their initials. A parent signature is required. 1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION Corrective Action: Correspondence will be sent to the parents informing them that they must sign their children in and out of the facility. Failure to do so will result in the parent being called to return to the center and sign their child in. Technical assistance provided.
