Observation: Adult to child ratio was 1:8 when program evaluator arrived at agency. When more than seven (7) children are present, two (2) adults are required. 1240-04-01-.21 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR GROUP CHILD CARE HOMES. Corrective action: Violation was corrected at the arrival of second adult. Educators appeared to understand the adult to child ratio shall be maintained at all times.

Corrective Action: Agency immediately stopped use of inflatable pool with slide, correcting violation.
