See Below for Detailed Information Observation: The provider stated that when she received information that a staff member had behaved aggressively towards a child in the classroom, provider spoke to the employee accused of the incident but did not report the incident to DCS. 1240-04-01-.09(1)(f) Corrective Action: The agency will be receiving training about duty to report and child abuse. Provider allowed employee accused of using harsh discipline to continue working in classroom. 1240-04-01-.15(5)(b)(c)(e) Program, Language and Literacy Development Corrective Action: All staff will be receiving training on classroom management.
