See Below for Detailed Information Observation: Management failed to properly evaluate staff performance in the requirements for behavior management. 1240-04-01-.06 STAFF Corrective Action Plan: The agency has revised policies and procedures in the requirements for staff evaluation and addressing parent concerns. Observation: An educator was observed using inappropriate methods of discipline instead of using positive guidance as required with the children in care. 1240-04-01-.15 PROGRAM, LANGUAGE, AND LITERACY DEVELOPMENT Corrective Action Plan: All agency staff will participate in training in developmentally appropriate behavior management. The educator will be supervised at all times until training is completed.
