Upon arrival to the child care agency, sixteen children ages two-and-a-half years old through five years old were supervised by one educator. The second educator stepped out of the classroom to open the front door.
Summary of Self Report Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and self report investigation. During an unannounced visit, LC Platt confirmed that a child did leave the playground unsupervised to throw away a piece of trash. Name to face roll call had previously been completed.
