The agency did not have adequate staffing for the children present. Licensing Consultant Shannon Dykes observed incorrect age grouping in a toddler classroom. The age grouping exceeded the 12-30mo ratio. Additional staff was required when a 5-year-old arrived causing a ratio violation.
