In the agency's video dated 8/13/2024, an infant was left alone in the classroom from 5:00 pm to 5:02 pm while the educator walked down the hall to get another child. The director said that after 5:00 pm, the remaining children are brought to the 3-5-year-old classroom for pick up. She stated that this group includes infants and older children. This grouping was observed on the agency's video date 8/13/24. On 8/13/24, nine children and two educators were observed present in the Older 1-year-old classroom. One of the educators was observed leaving the classroom several times, leaving only one educator supervising nine children. The required ratio for this age group is 1:6 or one educator per six children.
