CI 1.10:Supervision

Several middle school age children were allowed to play ball in the area located outside the classroom. The windows to the classroom were left open and the educator supervised them from inside for a moment while handling a situation in the classroom. After about 3 minutes of time, one of the educators stepped outside with the group. The students were supervised, but the educator could not physically respond quickly enough during those few moments of time.
