Summary of Complaint Investigation Monitoring Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and all high-risk areas along with complaint investigation. Licensing Consultant (LC) Clark conducted a complaint investigation during the visit, each classroom's temperature was taken and was within the range of 68 to 78 degrees. On 1-18-2024 the agency reopened after being closed for 3 days, upon reopening it was discovered that 1 thermostat was reading 52 degrees other 2 thermostats were reading 70 degrees. The director was able to place blankets around the double doors that were letting wind in the unused classroom where the thermostat read 52 degrees, within a short period of time the thermostat was back up to 70 degrees. The director called to report the issue to the agency-contracted heat and cooling company. The building has 3 units and all units were inspected and are working properly. Extreme cold temperatures and wind chill have been in the area for the last 5 days, complaint was found invalid.
