    During an announced visit on 10/19/2023 for the purpose of a QRIS monitoring visit, child care licensing consultant (CCLC Collier) arrived to the visit at 9:30a, Educator 1 was taking trash out to the dumpster in the parking lot. LC Collier and Educator 1 entered the classroom together where Educator Two had 1:15 three to five year olds, leaving Educator Two over ratio by two children. The ratio for three to five year olds is 1:13. These actions were a direct violation of Licensing Rule 1240-04-01-.22.
