The PE observed during the unannounced monitoring visit that the playground was in need of more mulch under the fall zone areas. The PE sent the program a Plan of Corrective Action request to fix the playground violation by 11-3-18. The director, Megan Vannoy, sent the PE back the POCA within 3 days and informed the PE that the school would have more mulch delivered and have mats put under equipment.
