The program is out of compliance in the following area Program Operation OBSERVATION: On 8/1/25, during a visit, I noticed one teacher returning to room 152 from the hallway. The Director was present with me. The room had 12 children, ages: one year. One teacher was in the room while the children were eating. Classroom was out of ratio.

OBSERVATION: Upon complaint investigation, a child escaped through adjoining restroom and was found in the school's hallway unsupervised.
