Summary of QRIS Monitoring and Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations, scoring of the QRIS, and complaint investigation. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. The mealtime supervision plan was not posted in several classrooms. Two educators were present without a valid background check. Playground supervision sign was missing in infant 1 and pre-k 1 Several employees did not complete their annual training. Two educators were present without a valid background check.
