See Below for Detailed Information Observation: Upon review of the attendance and staffing sheets for the week of September 13th-17th, Licensing Consultant determined that the Starburst Classroom (ages 4-5) was over ratio at 1:17 for 4 days. Maximum ratio for that age group is 1:16. 1240-04-01-.22 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILD CARE CENTERS. Corrective Action: Director will transition 3 students to Red Hots so that there will be a maximum enrolled of 16 until another educator can be hired. Director will keep track of how many days they have to use the 10% rule for emergencies.

Corrective Action: The Office Manager discussed proper supervision with entire staff and Licensing Consultant is making a referral to the Child Care Resource and Referral Agency for the two classroom educators.
