Objective: An educator was found working at the agency and had not completed a background check. 1240-04-01-.07 CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND STATE REGISTRY/RECORDS REVIEW PROCEDURES. Corrective Action: The director sent the June 16, 2021 Corrective Action note back written on the June 9, 2021 Check Sheet. The Check Sheet was revised and uploaded in SharePoint. Also, the POCA was sent back to the director on June 16,29021, for revision and a signature.
