Violation
Rule: 1240-04-01-.03 LC Green entered the gym of Y@Riverwood on 5-17-2022 for a visit. Upon arrival LC Green asked the Cite Director the age group of the children that is enrolled. Ms. Teresa Crowell stated, Pre-K to 5th grade. The 4th and 5th graders where in the gym playing a group activity. The pre-k -3rd graders where in the cafeteria having snack. When LC Green walked in the cafeteria she asked for the staff names and the a group of the children. Ms. Jasmine Boddie, stated the children where Pre-K-3rd grade.
