Summary of complaint: Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and [reason for complaint investigation. During an unannounced visit to investigate a complaint that happened on June 5, 2025, stating nine (9) year nine-year-old child was left alone in the gym and later found wandering in the school's parking lot. Licensing Consultant (LC) Naomi Jones observed video footage from June 5, 2025, of educators Courtney Hudson and Noah Temple leaving a 9-year-old child behind in the gym while other children went outside to play.
