During an unannounced visit for a self-reported serious incident on July 15, 2024, the Licensing Consultant was informed by the director that she observed (on July 12, 2024), a 4-year-old child left in the Preschool 2 classroom unattended while conducting a tour with a prospective parent. The child was in the classroom restroom changing his clothes for water play and was left behind. There were 2 educators supervising the children at the time were en route to the playground with the class for water play.
