During an unannounced safety plan monitoring visit on 04/10/2025, the Licensing Consultant observed an infant in the Infant A classroom in a high chair with a bottle propped with a soft toy. The educator was at the sink area doing something else and was not supervising the infant in the high chair. Close supervision is required and staff shall maintain direct supervision of children between six (6) weeks and five (5) years of age.
