Observation: Five children with expired TN Certificates of Immunizations were sign in and cared for between dates March 4, 2019 to March 18, 2019. 1240-04-01-.08 RECORD KEEPING. Corrective Action: Management contacted the children parents and advised to pick the children up due to a lack of proper immunization. Management informed mother the child cannot continue to receive child care without a certificate of immunization. Documentation of immunizations were submitted or the child was picked up and signed out of the agency by an authorized representative.
