See Below for Detailed Information Observation: PE observed pictures as well as verbal testimony from educator who was caring for the infant stating it was an unfortunate accident. Rule: 1240-04-01-.11 Plan of Action: Educators will be aware of children and their whereabouts at all times as well as maintaining director supervision during meal or and snack time. Additional training will be provided to staff. Observation: While investigating the compliant surrounding an infant being burned, it was reported that the warmer accidently tilted causing the child to be seriously injured and burned. 1240-04-01-.12 HEALTH AND SAFETY. Plan of Action: Onsite staff shall be responsible for the daily health and safety of children in care. The childcare agency shall ensure that the childcare environment and practices support child health and safety at all times.
