The files and sign-in sheets showed that parents are not signing in, but signing their initials, and not printing their names when signing the children in/out. The primary educator's file was not observed because she did not know the whereabouts of the file was.

Observation- Today PE observed Mr. Rogers watching the children as Mrs. Rogers as gone to the store. Mr. Rogers had not been printed. Rule: 1240-04-.01-.07 Criminal Background Check and State Registry/ Records Review Procedures. Plan of Action: The primary educator will always make sure anyone who spends times and has access with or around the children should be finger printed.
