On October 31, 2017, PE Williams conducted an unannounced visit of the program. The 1st- 5th grade students were located in the art room. There were 38 students in the Art room which was extremely too small for the large amount of children in the room. PE Williams asked the Supervisor Ms. Smith why were they in the art room, and she stated the ELOP program is usually in the cafeteria. She goes on to state the cafeteria manager states the program is in the way and she has to get breakfast ready so the program is utilizing the art room and the multi-purpose room.
